Katrina made the decision to become a Business Success Partner so she could help business owners to UNLOCK and achieve their true potential.
We all see good companies that could achieve more – Katrina is committed to working with them to make a difference. Katrina partners with good businesses and supports them to become excellent businesses!
Katrina has had a varied career in the hospitality industry spanning 20 years. Including obtaining a degree in Business Management. She has held various positions over this time in both hands-on operational management and in a consultancy capacity at Corporate office level. She spent 5 years as a Business Consultant traveling NZ supporting franchise businesses, improving profitability and overall operations.
Katrina is passionate about helping business owners reach the full profit capacity of their business and turn it into a valuable asset. She thrives on finding solutions to complex and challenging business issues. The success of her clients is paramount.

When Katrina is not at work she keeps herself busy on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast with her partner, 8-year-old son, and their 2 golden retrievers.
